Shipping Destination
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders are shipped from Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.

Order Processing
Orders are normally handed over to the shipping carrier within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in China. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping costs $4.99 USD for orders under $49 USD.
Free standard shipping is available for orders of $49 USD or more.

Delivery
Transit time varies by shipping service and destination. We are currently finalizing our shipping arrangements and will update this policy with estimated transit times before accepting orders.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping Issues
If your shipment is delayed or you have a delivery concern, please email flyunstore@outlook.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
